Please keep in mind that this is a micro business. I am the artist, maker, PR department, photographer and the shipping department. I will do my best to get back to you in a timely manner.
Terms
Returns are accepted within 7 days after you received the item. Customers are responsible for return postage. The returned item must be in original condition when returned. If there is an issue after 7 days, just contact me and I will do my best to accommodate you. I am happy to answer more questions or send more photos if you are interested in a certain item.
For exchange, you are responsible for the postage to me and I will cover the postage if the item needs to be return to you.
Fabric Masks and Hats- due to the nature of the product, all sales are final.
If you are in the Asheville area, you can make a porch side appointment with me to try the hats on before purchasing. Mask required.
Jewelry and fabric items will be shipped in 1-3 business days. Artworks items will be shipped 7-10 business days because custom mat will need to be ordered and cut.
